What you get from the check.
A documented transition from the inspection desk to your nominated collecting party.
Prepare a useful brief.
- Your inspection job ID and planned collection date.
- Name and contact details of the nominated collecting party.
- Written pickup authorization and any agreed handling instructions.
- A separate freight arrangement made by you or your agent.
The scope matters. Not warehousing, customs brokerage or an international shipping service. Do not assume sample consolidation, repacking or extended storage is included.
