Sample inspection

Meet the real product.
Before you multiply it.

An independent Shenzhen sample inspection of the product you are being asked to approve—before bulk. We document what arrives, compare it with your brief and make the important differences visible.

Illustrative product sample for Sample inspection

Illustrative product photography—not client evidence.

Available through Photo Check or Full Witness

What we look at.

Appearance & listing match

Compare visible features, color, finish and supplied components with your approved references.

Sample condition

Record arrival condition, obvious damage, incomplete items and visible workmanship issues.

Your must-be-true points

Work from the dimensions, reference images and acceptance criteria you provide. Measurements are included in Full Witness.

Evidence you can use

Organized photographs, packing observations and a Green / Amber / Red summary. Full Witness adds unboxing video and key measurements.

What you get from the check.

A clear visual record of what you have actually been offered, with differences and open questions separated from confirmed matches.

Prepare a useful brief.

  • The supplier’s listing or current specification sheet.
  • Reference images, drawings or the agreed sample standard.
  • A short list of the details that would change your buying decision.
  • Sample quantity, approximate size and any batteries or handling concerns.
The scope matters. A supplier-selected sample is not proof that a future batch will match. We report on the received items and agreed checks—not on an entire factory or production lot.
