What this site is for

This website explains ParcelWitness and helps you prepare an enquiry. Contact: [email protected]. The contracting party for a paid job is named in the quotation.

What we collect

• Enquiry and intake forms may ask for product details, sample info, and your business contact details.
• Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, ID documents, or secret product files in these forms.
• The contact and intake forms post to FormSubmit, which emails the submission to [email protected]. If automatic send fails, you can still email the prepared brief yourself.

How we use it

• To understand the job, confirm scope, reply, price, and run any job you later agree.
• An enquiry is not a marketing subscription.
• Submissions are retained in the hello@ email inbox (and any mailbox folders we use for jobs). We aim to keep enquiry mail up to 24 months unless a job is opened; job records are kept as needed for that job.
• The contracting party for a paid job is named in the quotation. We do not publish a private receiving address on this site.

Cookies and trackers

This site’s code does not add ad pixels, analytics trackers, accounts, or tracking cookies, and does not load external fonts. Hosting (Cloudflare) and FormSubmit / email providers may keep ordinary connection or delivery logs under their own policies.

Your product

We do not publish client products without opt-in. Site photos and report demos are illustrative.

Access and deletion

Email [email protected] to ask about, correct, or delete information you sent. Active-job records may need to be kept separately where required.
