What we do.

ParcelWitness opens and documents the sample or carton you send to our Shenzhen desk. We work against the brief we agreed for that job. You get photos (and video or measurements when included) plus a Green / Amber / Red summary.

What this is not: not a lab test, not a certificate, not a factory audit, not a safety approval, and not a guarantee that bulk production will match the sample. You still decide what to order.

Booking and payment.

An enquiry or website estimate is not a booking. We confirm the product, units, scope, timing, and price before you pay. The brand is ParcelWitness. The company you contract with is named on your quotation.

We send the Shenzhen receiving address and job ID after payment. Do not ship before you get those instructions. We do not publish a street address on this website.

Packages and timing.

Photo Check is USD 149. Full Witness is USD 229. Hold plus forwarder handover is USD 79 for up to 7 days. Rush is USD 60 when the sample is eligible, arrives before 12:00 China time, and we confirm capacity. Custom checks are quoted case by case.

Scope is confirmed per job in your quotation. The published base package covers the units stated in that quote (typically one sample lot as agreed). Size, weight, batteries, or oversize may need a custom quote.

Typical reports go out in 24–48 business hours after we receive the sample in Shenzhen and accept the brief. That window is typical, not a guarantee. Shipping time is separate. Ask us first if the sample is unusual or the scope is larger.

Your brief.

Tell us what must be true: references, checks, tolerances, and any permission to open or assemble. Do not assume we will cut, destroy, or power on a product unless we agreed that. If something is unclear or unsafe, we will pause and clarify.

What we do not accept.

We do not accept illegal goods, weapons, drugs or pharmaceuticals, live animals, obvious counterfeits, high-value jewelry or watches, cash, or gift cards. Large or unsafe lithium shipments need written approval first. Tell us about batteries, oversized items, fragile goods, or hazards before you ship.

Holding and handover.

The Hold add-on covers up to 7 days and handover to your own forwarder or agent, with a handover photo. Extra storage, repacking, and consolidation are not included unless agreed. We do not book international freight, pay factories, source products, or act as a customs broker.

Refunds (simple rules).

If the parcel has not arrived after 21 days, we refund you, minus any paid local handling. If we do not deliver a report within 72 hours of logged receipt, we refund in full. Exceptions: incomplete brief, restricted goods, events outside our control, or delay you caused. Confirm the job agreement before payment.

How to read Green / Amber / Red.

Green means the recorded check meets the agreed criterion. Amber means something needs clarification. Red means a documented criterion is not met. “Not assessed” is never a pass. A Green finding does not certify safety or predict future production.

Privacy of your product.

We do not publish client products without your opt-in. When we do, we anonymize. Website photos and report examples are illustrative demos.

Plain-language responsibility.

• This website explains the service. Your quotation and accepted job agreement are the real contract for that job.
• Our responsibility for a paid job is limited to the fees you paid for that job.
• You carry the risk of loss or damage while the sample is in transit or held for you. We are not your insurer.
• If a held sample is not collected or returned by the end of the hold period, we may treat it as abandoned after that period.
• Nothing here removes rights that the law says you must keep.
